At Accurate Instruments we calibrate and
certify our Instruments before you get them.
Would you buy a brand new car without a
WOF?

Our Service Technicians in both our Auckland and Christchurch Service Centres, provide the backup and
support with calibration and repairs of our instruments
when needed. We have the computer software programs, specialised tools, jigs and baselines that allow us to test and calibrate.

In some cases instruments arrive in the country and
are delivered to resellers/retailers, these are then
sold to the unsuspecting customers without the
customer being informed that there are no spare
parts, backup, service capabilities and worse they
have not been calibrated since leaving the factory.

   SHOCKWATCHES How often is your equipment
knocked around and you don’t know about it? Most
instruments are fitted with a shockwatch which
detects if an instrument has been dropped.

PARTS Our service department carries a range
of spare parts to service our product range.

LOAN If you purchased the instrument direct from
Accurate Instruments we can provide a loan unit if
needed while your instrument is being serviced.

WARRANTY Accurate Instruments is the agent
in New Zealand for a number of brands of products
and these are covered by various length return to
base warranties.
