The L3 features a 0 - 4% graduated level vial so a rough single grade fall can be calculated using the L3.

With a plumb beam that shoots out the top of the laser, the L3, when the layed on it's side using the optional VM2 laydown mount, can be used for 90 degree squaring.

The L3 has the added function of scanning, which allows the laser to concentrate the red beam brighter in 4 selectable arcs.

Once shipped from the manufacturer, Accurate Instruments' Calibration and Service Centres check and adjust all instruments on collimators and ranges, then fit them with the appropriate shockwatch, calibration sticker and issue a test calibration certificate.
