Who and what is the Pro-Shot Alpha designed for ?

Featuring an operating range of over 600m, the Proshot Alpha has been designed with civil and earthworks contractors, commercial concreters and builders in mind.

These applications require a laser with an accuracy of 1.5mm per 30m (10” sec arc).

The Proshot Alpha features electronic self leveling with no footscrews for quick and precise automatic leveling. The Alpha also has the added functionality of a manual grade, which is controlled by up and down arrows on the keyboard. Unlike other lasers which have a grade override function, the Alpha can be precisely aligned to match slopes, even at longer distances! Whilst operating in grade mode, the Proshot Alpha self levels in the cross axis and the height alert is active.

What functionality does the Alpha have ?

• Automatic Horizontal leveling - electronic self leveling automatically levels in horizontal mode when set.
  
  
• Anti-drift Height Alert System - laser stops rotating if bumped or knocked and alerts the user.
  
  
• Grade - up and down arrows control the manual grade for simple grade functionality for drainage and slope matching.
  
  
• Automatic Cross-grade levlling - keeps the cross-grade automatically levelled when grade or slope matching.
  
  
• High speed rotation - 600 and 1200 RPM rotation speeds.

Calibration

Once shipped from the manufacturer, Accurate Instruments Optical and Electronic Service Centre calibrates all
instruments on collimators and ranges then fits them with the appropriate shockwatch, calibration sticker and
test calibration certificate. Shockwatches indicate to the user whether the instrument has been dropped.

What is the suggested package and what are my options ?

A standard construction package usually consists of the laser, receiver, heavy duty aluminium tripod, carry case,
shockwatch, alkaline batteries, calibration sticker and Test calibration certificate.
Staves and re-chargeable battery kits etc are available.
