The PLS180NZ is a self-leveling horizontal and vertical cross line laser.
Unlike other cross line lasers available on the market, the PLS180NZ features a full 180° span width to the horizontal & vertical laser lines, the longest in the industry. The vertical laser line goes right behind the laser whilst the horizontal laser line wraps right around behind the laser.
If placed against a wall the vertical line will run up the wall behind the unit, across the ceiling and down the opposite wall to the floor.
The horizontal line will run all the way around the room.
Simple to use and operate, the PLS180NZ has 3 modes of operation.
Horizontal line, vertical line or cross line (both horizontal and vertical line intersect in front of the laser at the same time).
The PLS180NZ can be simply placed
on the floor, kitchen/bathroom surface or mount it to a timber stud or metal frame using the wall bracket.
For height control of the horizontal line, mount the PLS180NZ to a height elevating camera tripod.
The PLS180NZ can be used outside between 5 to 30 meters with the optional PLS SLD receiver. (See image direct left)
The PLS180NZ is designed for builders, tiling, glaziers, boat builders, kitchen and bathroom fitout, electrical technicians, structural steel and joiners, and commercial interior fitout contractors.
PLS lasers do not use pendulum locks for their lasers. Their engineers have developed a system that does not require a locking mechanism. If an instrument needs a lock to protect the leveling mechanism, what happens when it falls from a height during use? - 'run to the laser and move the lock into position half way through its fall before it hits the ground?'
